From the initial referral to Dents R US, everything I was told about them was an understatement compared to the very exceptional professional talking to DRU on the phone see my anxiety, with in 30 seconds. Mr. Etienne given me the whole total breakdown what will take place from assistance with medical help, attorney, vehicle repair, rental vehicle and more all at that one location. I MEAN I WAS LIKE WHAT AM IM GOING TO DO, but MORE LIKE WHAT DO I DO… DENTS R US. Taken care of that IMMEDIATELY and I mean IMMEDIATELY. Thank you DENTS R US. Oh yea the hail damage … what hail damage… the hail damage was so bad it look like a peanut patty lol … IM MORE PROUD TO HAVE MY VEHICLE NOW , then when I first purchased it. I had an amazing experience with Xavier and the entire team at DentsOrUs! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making the repair process as smooth as possible. Xavier was especially outstanding. He was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and was very accommodating throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, made sure I understood everything, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the work DentsOrUs did on my car! The dent repair was flawless, and my vehicle looks as good as new. I would give slightly less than 5...but they don't deserve a 4. so 5 it is. so this review is a 4.9. the reason... some of their rental vehicles are extremely rough, and some not all smell like someone has been smoking in them for YEARS. to avoid this...if you have rental coverage on your insurance, get a rental yourself. i rounded up my review to 5 because the end result was fantastic. both my hail pummelled cars had basically zero evidence of ever being in the recent hail storm. on top of that both vehicles were fully detailed. it looks like i bought 2 brand new cars. Tim Swanson, my sales manager communicated with me every step of the way. Co-owner Xavier text and called me along the way as way well. i will say there were times i had to follow up. The typical delays happened as they usual do with dent repair was my insurance company and waiting on parts. He replaced one of the rentals that was giving me trouble as soon as another one was available. Their transport team are very nice and professional as well. The entire transaction was done from the front my house in my driveway on an ipad. Talk about the ultimate convenience. thank you Dents OR US!

Fixed my hail damage, windshield, and threw tint on as well they cleaned my headlights up and they look brand new. ALLSTATE insurance sucks but when it got approved everything was done in a day. 10/10 service 100%.
